Karey is a Partner at M2 Capital Partners where she leads the residential conduit business. With over 25 years of experience in residential lending, Karey is a leader in the non-agency and private lending space. Previously, Karey led ViaNova Capital Partners, a front-to-back technology-driven capital markets solution for private lenders.
Prior to ViaNova, Karey built multiple conduit businesses, originating over $1 billion in under a year and completing over 10’s of billions in loan securitizations during her career. Karey also held Vice President roles at CSFB and DJL in the residential mortgage business, starting in transaction management and ending in sales.
Karey holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Pace University.

With over 30 years of experience, Michael worked with Karey at ViaNova Capital Partners where he brought deep expertise of mortgage lending to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Michael is dedicated to providing exception service, empowering clients to make informed decisions, and contributing to their long-term success.
Prior to joining ViaNova, Michael served as the Senior Vice President of Client Relations at LenderBlocks and worked as a consultant where he helped businesses and individuals navigate the complex landscape of mortgage lending and financial planning. With his years of experience, Michael has guided countless individuals and businesses by offering strategic advice, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to optimize clients’ financial decisions. He is known for his analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Michael began his career in retail mortgage lending, developing expertise in mortgage products, loan structuring, and customer service.
